GRP Flat Cold Roof and GRP Flat Warm Roof Construction

The Majority of properties will currently have a cold roof installed.

This system involves stripping your existing roof back to the joists and then installing one layer of roofing ply, followed by our fibreglass system.

To install a warm roof system and in compliance with the new Thermal Insulation Regulation, we would strip your existing roof back to the joists, install new ply, a vapour barrier, insulation, roofing ply and fix with recommended fixings. A fibreglass system would then be applied.
